According to the Punch reports that, soldiers and policemen stormed Yeghe community area of Rivers in search of Solomon Ndigbara, known as Osama Bin Laden on Sunday, September 18 by 4am.

Some community leaders were arrested while several persons fled for fear of being hit by stray bullets as soldiers were shooting on sporadically.

A community source revealed that one Samuel and his wife are missing after the raid and that blood stains were found in one of the couple’s rooms.

A source said:

“Again, the whereabouts of John Gbarazia is unknown. We don’t even know if he is alive or dead.”

“Barikui, Suanu, Sorbarikor and Barikpoa Diih, who were arrested, have been released this evening. The combined team of security operatives came to Yeghe community in Gokana Local Government Area.”

“The CLO got calls from members of Yeghe community on Saturday about suspicions of military attack, which they alleged was masterminded by certain known desperate political fellows from Ogoni.

“Just this Sunday morning by 4am, the Army and other security agencies allegedly invaded the same endangered Yeghe community again in about 12 trucks of heavily armed soldiers, shooting sporadically for more than two hours, torched two houses belonging to one Mr. Boy Tore and that of his son named Mr. New Tore.”
