Justice Sylvester Ngwuta, of the Supreme Court whose home was recently raided by men of Department of State Service (DSS), said that his travail in the hands of the DSS men is because of  his refusal of requests at various time, to help the All Progressives Congress (APC) win governorship election cases involving Ekiti, Rivers and Ebonyi states, Vanguard reports.

According to the Vanguard report, Justice Ngwuta, forwarded a letter dated October 18, to the Chief Justice of Nigeria (CJN), Justice Mahmud Mohammed and the National Judicial Council (NJC),  accusing Rotimi Amaechi, the minister of transport and Dr. Ogbonnaya Onu, minister of technology, as those that approached him in favor of APC.
