Obi Madubogwu the Nollywood actor, producer, and founder of Saving Life for Africa Diabetes Foundation and the battle of Musanga lead role master is dead.

Obi Madubogwu played the lead role in the Battle of Musanga film which made him popular.

He died on Monday afternoon after battling with ‘acute diabetics and foot ulcer.

Nollywood actor and producer, Obi Madubogwu who has been battling with diabetes issued a statement from his hospital bed at the Federal Medical Centre, Ebute Metta, Lagos before his death.

He thanked Nigerians who helped him out financially, physically and spiritually and encouraged them not to give up on him but to assist him complete the final stage of his treatment which involves flying out to a US hospital.
